Her career spans program design, strategic operations, compliance, and stakeholder engagement across government, not-for-profit, and private sectors.

As Managing Director of Support Temps, Tarryn oversees a dynamic NDIS staffing service, leading business development, workforce coordination, and service delivery that meets the needs of both individual participants and disability organisations. She has a proven record of building strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders—from senior government officials to community groups—and of delivering programs that achieve measurable outcomes.

Earlier roles include co-founding a charity supporting NDIS participants in the criminal justice system, coordinating award-winning health and wellbeing programs for Lismore City Council, and delivering innovative staff wellbeing and inclusivity projects with Feros Care.

Tarryn holds a PhD in Social Science and Law and a Bachelor of Social Science (First Class Honours). She is passionate about developing sustainable programs, strengthening community resilience, and creating inclusive services that empower people.
